Challenge has been tackling localization for years but, as they grew, they found that they needed technology that could handle the scope of their internationalized content. Amidst a migration to Adobe Experience Manager, sought a scalable solution to streamline their historical processes. Hindered by challenges including uncertainty in quality and delays in content delivery, they wanted a centralized system that would improve both.

Solution leveraged Smartling’s translation management system, languages services, and professional onboarding support to build out a new translation process. With this new system in place, was able to reduce translation costs by 70% and greatly improve efficiency. In addition, Smartling's in-platform reporting helped them track accuracy rates and on-time deliveries, both of which exceeded their expectations.
